The CH-4FMBLANK is a Cable End Point Kit for standard camera cables which are disconnected and exposed as sometimes used on caravans.
This kit is used to seal the cable ends against dirt and water and protects the contacts in the cable connector while not in use.
Both male and female connectors are included and fit the same as the normal cables but are just a full plastic molding to leave a closed fitting on the end of the cable.
In some cases the male end of the cable can be covered by using the CH-4CAP which is a screw on metal cap with a chain retainer and this is supplied with the panel mount cables as a standard part.
