Product Warranty

Chipatronic warrants the equipment shall be free of any faulty parts or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the purchase date.

 

The warranty is subject to the following Conditions:-

  • Installation of the Equipment must be performed by our authorised distributor or an authorised licenced auto electrician to comply with warranty.
  • The customer shall arrange for the Equipment, suitably packed to prevent damage in transit, to be returned to our authorised distributor for assessment.
  • The customer shall be responsible for all packing and freight cost to and from the distributor.
  • The customer shall include with the Equipment full proof of purchase and installation invoice to comply with warranty.

 

A warranty claim may be invalid if the defect has arisen, wholly or partly from misuse, incorrect installation, vandalism or any reason other than faulty parts or workmanship.
